All stainless parts that are removable, are taken off, then
cleaned and polished.
·
Conveyor belts and frames will be removed, and then soaked and
high pressure washed.
·
Frames and belts will be inspected for worn or damaged
parts.
·
All internal finger panels will be removed and cleaned,
stainless parts will be soaked, then pressure washed.
Interior of oven cavity will be scraped, and then swept out.
·
Only inner ovens that are stainless are sprayed and wiped
out.
·
Blower fans are checked for obstructions that prevent
functioning.
·
Stainless body will be cleaned and then detailed before final
polishing.
·
Fan motor shrouds will be cleaned and removable filters will be
replaced if necessary.
·
All Systems won't leave your floors a mess. We mop as we
go, and do a final mop before we leave and everything is
put back in its place.
Inner hoods, flue and filters (Above ovens) can be cleaned for
